This compact, well-branched hybrid viburnum produces white flowers in April and May. Tightly packed clusters of bright red fruit appear in fall. This is a handsome, durable .

Light: Grows in full to part sun, needs at least 4 hours of direct sunlight.

Soil: Will grow in any type of well-draining soil.

Water: Has average water needs, but will not tolerate sogginess.

Fertilizing: Apply a fertilizer formulated for flowering woody shrubs in early spring.

Pruning: Pruning isn’t recommended, as it will affect either flowering or berry production. If needed, you can prune after it is done flowering in spring.

Other: Requires a pollinator to produce berries, plant it near Viburnum ‘Mohican’ or V. rhytidophylloides ‘Alleghany’.
